Ridgeway at Home Commercial Product Warranty- WPC Composite Products

Warranty Declaration

Ridgeway Plant Co Ltd warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that, for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of original purchase, and under normal use and service conditions, all Ridgeway WPC Composite products (see product categories below) shall be free from material defects in workmanship and will not crack, split, or splinter.

Covered Product Categories:

  • RIDGEDECK
  • RIDGEDECK PREMIUM
  • RIDGECLAD
  • PERGOLA
  • PERGOLA PREMIUM
  • RIDGE WALL PANELS

This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Registration – Important Action Required

To activate this warranty, customers must complete the registration process within 14 days of receiving their materials. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty.

If the warranty is not activated as specified above, Ridgeway reserves the right to decline any claim due to the absence of verified purchase documentation on record.

Terms & Conditions:


If a defect arises within the warranty period, the purchaser must notify Ridgeway immediately upon discovery.

Upon inspection and confirmation of the defect by an authorised Ridgeway representative, Ridgeway’s sole obligation under this warranty shall be, at its discretion, to:

  • Replace the defective product; or
  • Refund the portion of the purchase price paid for the defective item

This warranty does not cover:

  • Costs associated with removal of defective products
  • Installation costs for replacement materials
  • Labour charges
  • Carriage or transportation costs

Ridgeway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To submit a claim under this limited warranty, the purchaser must, within the applicable warranty period, provide:

  • A written description of the alleged defect
  • Proof of purchase
